Acceptable Forms of Identification
To rent your own mail box, please bring two of the following:
- Valid driver's license
- Non-driver's license state ID
- Armed Forces ID
- Government ID
- University ID
- Recognized corporate ID
- Passport
- Alien registration card
- Current lease, mortgage, or deed
- Voter registration card
- Home or vehicle insurance policy
- Vehicle registration card (supplied by insurance companies)
The identification presented must confirm that the applicant is who he or she claims to be. By verifying identification, the U.S. Postal Service will protect against delivering mail without verifiable consent of the actual addressee.
